Trading B grade with blacksmith of mammon

I want to know if you can trade top b duals samurai samurai with blacksmith of mammon for art of battle axe another top b, i was told you could but would like to know for sure. Thanks

Since you can't trade Top C Duals for Top C Weapons, I doubt you would be able to do the same with Top B.
Haven't tried myself, but I'm pretty sure that you won't be able to.

Nope u can't trade ur dual sls for other top B weapons..

I've tried it already for no avail.
