I was just in an elavator D and went to the 3rd floor. As the doors shut my screen went gray. When I heard the doors open I was in black. I heard the music and could hear whispering but couldn't see anything. I did say oowww and could hear that too. None of the toons I was with said anything. I would think if I was just standing there frozen and they saw me I would have heard quacking or growling. After waiting a few minutes I ended up closing my window and logging out. I have never had this happen in a DA before. Have I been just lucky?

I was wondering what happened to you! I knew you were having a bad DA so I thought maybe you ended up running. You had said another toon disappeared on the first floor so maybe a similar thing happened to them. This has happened a couple times to me too. It REALLY stinks when it is the 5th or 6th floor!!:sad3:

The toon that disappeared left while running with us. All of a sudden she was no longer behind us. LOL! I really didn't want to do a 3 person elev D anyway since we lost that toon right before the 2nd floor. That black screen was the answer to my prayers. Guess it wasn't so dreaded after all. LOL!

I get that a lot. I have more trouble making it through an elevator ride lately it's unreal. It happened just today in the CFO elevator AND in two of the cog mints. I wish they would have a speed chat phrase to let people know that you crashed/disconnected from the server during those times and that you didn't just abandon them. I've written to toontown, but their customer service is horrible in my opinion, as they have never answered any of my questions and you have to do it through email as there is no phone number to call.

They need to fix the server. Sometimes I crash without any reason. I don't go to Da very often.
