Guards in True Britannias Castle

I quess that you can get guardwhacked in True Britannias castle in fel is not intented? If it's not, would be appreciated to get it fixed since there's no guards anywhere else in fel Brit :)

just had this happen to me, i can't recall this ever happening before. was something changed or have i just been lucky up til today??
