Personal Bless Deed Question

If I delete a character and create a new one, is there any way to get a personal bless deed for the new character? Or were they a one time only gift?

Play Siege...we have eliminated the PBD, and have a Siege bless for every player on the shard...old and new...la

E_T, there is no way to get a new one, unless they issue them again. it was a one time thing as far as i can tell. i inherited an account with a few chars that have PBD's, but the original issueance of them was before my time.

Yeah, I was hoping to just make a new character and not pay for a name change token. I guess that then brings up the question, does a name change token affect your PBD? I assume the PBD would be updated for the new name automatically?
