View Full Version : Can't use 2/3 of Avatars

I had 3 Avatars in TC3 -ISee, Starseed and Bastet...all living at the Black Cat. Now I can only play ISee, (the oldest). When I click on the other two it's greyed out and won't open. I put money in thier tip jars to help them out..now I can't even get that money out.
What is up with only being able to play one of the three?
ISee. (Who does NOT see the reason for this mess at all!)

It sounds like you have been converted to a 'free' account. Free accounts can only have one avatar per city.
Did you ask for your subscription to be refunded? A few people who did get a refund also lost their premium account status, and had to get it straightened out with Customer Service. :blushing:

Can't you change your "primary avatar" to one of the other ones listed, so that you can play them?
