Help needed with stacking

i'm training scribe up on a mage, but the scrolls arent stacking like they have previously. Ive tried loading the client with and without Assist.

Any help would be great.

Is your character in factions? I don't think they stack if you are.

stacking is currently a virus. when i go gambling at taverns i can never stack the gold. and once i touch gold others cant stack it. my pots never stack either. kinda sucks...
