There's TargetSelf function and LastTarget function. If I target myself with TargetSelf macro I shouldn't become the last target. It should stick on the... last target.

But... that IS how last target works, and how it should work. You have other targeting options, such as target next/last enemy, etc. But if you target yourself last, you are the last target.
