Customer support opens?? It's 8:17 am cst and I get a message they're closed.
I'm just looking to reinstall KR, and it's missing some patches or something.

Have you tried going into the KR folder and running uopatch.exe?

Got through about 9:15 am, cst.....talked with a guy down in Austin....nice as can be type of guy. Did everything he could too......so I can't knock customer support.

Problem was just a lousy Dl from file planet....had to uninstall/re-DL.....took some time but works nice now.
