If I honor myself to have monster ignore, how long does it last? Also, am I correct that I can still attack certain monster?

Depends on your level of honor. Knight lasts a couple minutes at most.
I am not sure about attacking. I think you can attack monsters, but as soon as you attack them, they can attack back. I think anything you don't attack will ignore you for the duration though.
Also, if you are already in combat with a monster and use honor, it will continue to attack you.
