Phase 2 still on test, so nothing concrete yet.
Dont mind Bart, hes got no honey, so hes a little grumpy.

Here is better directions.
Go to the brit bank. Head north towards the library. Turn left towards the castle. When you get to the draw bridge. There is a turn in on the left and one on the right. The garbage can next to the one on the left is the place to turn in the tickets when you get them.
Just say "info" to them and they will let you know what they want.
There is also a turn in point in Tukono Island. Its in the city of Makuto..
