Ok after putting around other areas of the network, I've noticed quite a few people who are not staff that have sigs AND avatars.

Maybe it's some obscure, non-intuitively named setting?

You know there's a quirky way to add these sigs. Clicking the link on the right adds a ubb code above for the sig to display. It wasn't clear at first until I did this in TTC, which uses the same board script.
Maybe we can resolve everyone's profile pic issue too. We'll find out!
