This house is in a good location about 9 screens from luna in the North West Direction. It sits about 1 screen from an Orc Fort but the orcs Very Rarely if Ever are out of the fort or anywhere near the house unless you want them to be. I will leave the house deco'ed for redesign money for the new owner.
Only two speculations on the trade. 1. I will pay the traer 15 mil for the house in fel. Then the buyer can give back the 15 mil on trade of the Malas House this can be in reverse if trader prefers. 2. The Fel house cannot be located in the swamps or high spawn area.
