I'm sorry to inform you that, while those are indeed nice and usable pieces, I do not think most folks will see them to be 'special.' I believe I have purchased similar for under 10k hither and yon, that is not to say that someone searching for just that combination will not pay a million or two each. I would start them thereabouts if you do not mind them sitting for a few months.
