Trammel Houses on Chessy

I just got back into the game and have a couple of house spots. I think I want to sell one. How much are houses in Trammel going for on Chessy? One is 15x10 near Destard. The other is 14x9 north of Vesper.

lol good job too... loads of space all over tram for mediums...im sorry... if u get a little over the placing cost u will have done well... really there huge amounts o max plots out there free just grass or sand waiting to be plotted...
