Ok ive been told that luck doesnt make a difference when you are making bows. Ok well it may not mkae better bows, but... EVERYONE of the bows i made were made exceptional
usually about 65% of my bows would be exceptional with gm fletch, no luck
now with 1500 luck 95% of my bows become exceptional
