DF cutting bones

Hello, I have read about this a couple times, but do not know what it means, the DF chuck bones at you yes, I get this part, but how do you cut them up?

Double Click a dagger or any other bladed weapon then target the bones

play in a form that doesn't require you to use healing skill... and have a UOA marco that uses a blade (Use item = Dagger)
