What to make with Runic Kit?

Several players have posted the crafting results of their Barbed Runic Kits. Others have made comments about good pcs. such as "Only if it were a XXX" (gorget, arms, etc...)

Two questions. First, what particular pcs., I assume arties, exsist that make using a Barbed kit on that pc. of armor less "profitable".

Finally, what should the owner of a brand new Barbed Runic try to make to maximize his investment?

Yep arms first
prolly next important are gorglets ---> gloves ----> leggings in my opinion

I never fancied the pendant or the jackels all that much
