Personally, I wouldnt his fire resist is 7 below max i would go below 4 and his hitpoints are 117 below, Physical is right on keeper level for me,
Whats his wrestling? is it above 100? thats also a deciding factor as well
If this is a pet your gonna keep forever, i would say no and keep looking.
When i go hiryu hunting i mainly look at these stats before tamed
Wrestling > 115
Hits 1100 - 1200
Dex if its more than 125 thats always a plus
Str 1320 - 1440
Phy 67-70
Fire 87-90
