Yes , to get over 100 you need to buy and use Powerscrolls. They come in + 5 , + 10 ,+15 and + 20 in skills.
Also there are Stats Powerscrolls from + 5 Stats to + 25 Stats.
Powerscrolls can be get from fighting and defeating the Championspawn in Felucca. Of course you can buy them from Players vendors too. Some + 20 Scrolls can be very expensive to buy.
Tailor/Smithing Powerscrolls can be got from Bulk Order Deeds.
