I've been away from UO a while. Please...can someone tell me where I can get one of these? Is it a new Doom drop or possibly Peerless loot?

That is a tinker made item. It requires that the tinker obtain the recipie from heartwood and the necessary ingredients only a GM tinker can make them and then they only have a 50% chance. If you need more help, you know how to find me.

Hmmm, I wonder if there is a cap on "Damage Increase". Will it stack with my StormGrip gloves and a Talisman with "Damage Increase"?

Damage Increase is capped at 100% per a FoF. What I'd like to know is how that works with slayer double damage. In other words can you do 200% damage with vairous items properties stacking and using a slayer weapon?
