Should say it all. So far I have yet to be able to try this program. I have it open and running around the clock for basically no reason because I have yet to see anyone else on. Maybe the problem is on my end? How do I join channels I don't see any in the list. I am unable to create a channel because it always tells me to fix something. I cannot fix a problem if i have no idea why it is wrong.

So basically what I think we need is a quick little user guide for this that explains at least a few basic areas of this program because as it stands it just isn't very user friendly if it was I would have figured it out by now trust me on that.

So I managed to find channels to join but that only solves one of many issues. I still cannot create a channel and some channels give me fits while trying to join them.

I would love to add to the FAQ stickied at the top of the forum with more general usage type information. Not just the connection type stuff that is there now. Please help me out by telling me what questions you'd like to see answered.

When the final version is close to release we'll have a more detailed user manual but right now since things are changing so much it's faster and easier to just have the FAQ's up.

These are ones I'll start with, please let me know what else you all would like to see answered. Thanks again for your help!

1. How do I know what channels I can join?

2. How do I create my own channel?

3. Can I see which other users are online? How?

Yeah those are some of the questions I have.

I suppose there are some issues I have that would fit better under a features type section but then again this program is still kinda raw and needs refinement so I will wait and if some of those issues arent resolved after a while I might mention them.

Most of the questions I have are about configuring the program there really doesn't seem to be many options though so maybe there is just a lack of options for what I want to do again that would be under features but for what is there it would be nice if we had some type of manual for how to set everything.

I feel a bit :stretcher: after trying to figure this out by trial and error.....

We'll be getting up some more general use answers up tonight for sure. In terms of features you are looking for please make posts about what you'd like to see.. if it already exists we'll tell you how to access it (and add that information to the FAQ) or if it doesn't exist we can evaluate whether or not it can be added. That's what the Alpha is for! :)
