I assume the 40DI is from the 35 Exceptional Bonus and 5 GM Arms Lore Bonus, so its only 5 properties.
I'm assuming its fake.. as he posted on every forum.. :|

With the new runic changes that are coming I would guess we will be seeing alot of nice weapons like that one.

I'm pretty sure this is on test because during the winterland everyone had armor they could dye any color

this is not on a test shard, its on DF btw and the color on totem is because the comp i was on cant stand less than 256 colors or something like that because of lag http://boards.stratics.com/php-bin/shared/images/graemlins/frown.gif
