You’d probably be better off to drop it and get your money back, there’s currently 2 large empty lots on the east side of town and a lot of small ones as well.

He's right though, there's only one lot in tokuno worth any money right now and Tek wuvs me so he's going to give it to me eventually. (And the only reason it's worth anything is because it's next door to him and he's the funnest neighbor in the whole wide game). I placed on the north side of town, front and center. Big black brick and crystal place set up to be a museum if I ever get my lazy butt going and finish Az's place and then my Luna house so I can get that one done.

I'm not sure why more people don't adore Zento, I love it there, but the shard just isn't populated enough I guess. If Tek is the mayor what does that make me? The town beauty queen? hehe

Run around Zento and have a look for yourself dear, houses go idoc there every week it seems and to think that just a few years ago I paid three mil for my old place there.
