problem with uogamecodes - keeps asking me to login

I am trying to buy the 7th character/storage upgrade. I get to the login page, put in my information (correctly) and then promptly get sent to the login page even after seeing a brief shoppingcart link in the address bar. I have tried it 10 times and keep getting the same thing.

Anyone have any ideas? I know this happened to me the last two times I bought from them but I dont remember how this was resolved.

(I tried the help button and found a number where you could supposedly order over the phone. LOL!!! Love the recorded messages that have NO relation at all to trying to order over the phone. Priceless.)

This is the third time I know of that I have tried to make a purchase there that this occurred. Customer service did send me an email on how to purchase thru email which I did appreciate but it really shouldnt have to be done like that.

That still does not fix my problem... I just gave up with it. I get tired of calling EA every time for tokens. And sometimes you don't even get your Email from the UOgamecodes.

Try closing all your IE screens / Reboot computer and follow exactly as that posts says on a fresh IE screen.
