Can't customize house

Not sure what I'm missing but it keeps telling me I can't customize my house due to add-ons. I removed the elvin furniture and don't have any boiling cauldrons. Any advice on what else could be holding it up?

Removing the fountains did the trick. Thanks for the help. It was driving me crazy.
