When I was in city view today, there was a flashing light (the kind that shows an open lot) in the extreme upper left corner of my screen. There is nothing but water there, as far as I can tell. I'm playing full-screen, so I thought I could see everything to the edge of the map. Anybody else seen this?

I see it. I went to city view and there is a flashing light up in the left corner of the screen. When I zoomed all I saw was water. Maybe it's a secret sim under water military base for the developers to work in??? http://boards.stratics.com/php-bin/shared/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Are you playing fullscreen in 1024*768?

I saw that the other day and thought maybe it was a Diner, Danceclub or Factory. I was in windows mode.

It's back again. It seems to go on and off randomly, and screen resolution makes no diff. I've never known the work lots to show up in any way before, but that is an idea. I will check the timing.

You have no idea how many screen shots I had to take before I was able to capture this little thing flashing in one of them lol. It's up in the farthest left top corner.

I think you're right, Sativa. It blinks faster when two job times overlap, and goes off completely at 5:00 AM till the robot factory starts.

I have seen this as well only on the old TC it came up a few days ago and is still there.
if you zoom out allll the way to EA land, doubble click on one of the other city maps and then click the plus zoom symbol, this will zoom into that empty city. if you notice, allll of the red dots are in the upper left corner. maybe there is a correlation?

Didn't yall here? They added a new add-on pack to the game. EA-LAND/TC3: Sim fishies. J/K, its probably a job lot or something.
