Since I can't download the game off the website itself is there any other place I can download the game or purchase the game and download it that way? Any advice is helpful. Thanks!

You can download it off thesimsonline.com
Just click the free trial button, and it will give you the download, then you just log in what an existing account if you have one.

DO NOT USE THESIMSONLINE.com DOWNLOAD ANYMORE, use the one from the tso-e blog only.

That worked now I just have to get a trial code
