cant do test city 3-test

hey dev I cant get to test city 3-test at all nor can i do any custom content please run a clear step by step on how to fix this i have a brand new hp laptop windows vista bought it july 11 on my birthday. so its should be able to run tso regardless of update.can you please help and show with clear photos on how to set up test city 3-test and custom content? please. http://boards.stratics.com/php-bin/shared/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Somewhere I think Lee said it wasn't about the age of your computer but it is the hardware. Include in your post what type of video card/processor your laptop uses.
