We had a big cluster of tornadoes.....national news said a cluster of 50 over several states. Death toll over 50 amongst TN, AR, and KY. Two tornadoes hit us in TN, one in Memphis that was a categorized as a EF 1 and another in Jackson that was categorized as EF 4. (scaled 1-5 with one being smallest, 5 being largest). Union University was directly hit by one.....students trapped inside and rescue effort still going on, lots of injuries amongst those found so far but no deaths there, thank God. This is our 2nd or 3rd tornado warning for my county in TN in just a few months, which is really nerve racking.....I do not see how those who live in 'Tornado Alley' deal with it. We're having really warm temperatures for winter, which is what is causing all the unstable weather.
Anyway, just wanted to get those living in the affected states to report in and let us know you're all OK, and ask everybody to send prayers to those who have been affected, either by loss of a loved one, loss of property or injuries to themselves that they are now having to recover from. Those people are going to need all the prayers they can get, and I do believe they will help even though we don't have any of the specific names of those affected.
