i know you can have pictures of your own you can do what if you wanted to do

something from a website?

You aren't supposed to steal other people's work. You are allowed to make your own and/or modify files from TS1 and Expansion Packs. Currently we can upload chairs and sculptures, and tables in TC3.

yeah i know not to use other's stuff they make so that would be the same if i

wanted to use a image from a website of a favorite movie etc? can't do it right?

when can do objects from sims 2 ?

Legally I think you would need the permission of the owner of the image, but I'm not entirely sure on this subject. If I remember correctly it was one of great debate a while back in CH.
