I've posted in the Swap Meet board about some of this, but with no results and discussion is not allowed there so I am making this post so that we can discuss what I am offering and/or looking for and negotiate on terms.
What I am trying to do is gear up to do *alot* of custom crafting. Not the custom CONTENT, but the objects that you make on the crafting benches that require a set of skills to do it. My sims are very close to all being skilled up to craft various things, so now I am actively seeking boxes of parts, wood and cloth that come from salvaging.
So, this is what I propose, citizens of TC3. I want to either find boxes of parts, wood or cloth to buy, or used objects that I can buy from any of you that have some to sell that I can salvage myself, or I will trade any of these crafts for boxes of parts at a credit of 100 simoleans per box toward my asking price. Here's what I will trade, the value that I place on it and what I want in return for a trade of these items:

I need some of everything, so I will accept any combination of parts wood and cloth to represent the corresponding number of boxes, however I do have a shortage of cloth most of all. If anybody would like any of those custom craftables, and is willing to salvage items that they have in order to obtain the boxes, I would be more than happy to arrange a trade.
