Where to get them plz? Cant find em on the market or in contracts.

I do not believe they have been seeded yet. If they have then I would suggest farming some 0.0 exploration sites or complexes. You have been able to link them in the database since I've been playing and just with the new LP store did +5s get released.

I don't think they're in game yet.
Imagine having a full set of +7's in your head and you get podded... :eek:
There have been a handfull of them been handed out very early in the game in special events. Yeah, that's been back when Arkonor and Bistot were available in .3 and cruisers have been the wow big ships and damage and speed mods still stacked fully.
