I'm assuming that when you say cash you mean in game gold. Please can you make that absolutely clear in future.

You're far more likely to be able to get it yourself by just going by the primeval lich spawn, and working it up to the 3rd-5th candle, so the graves/stone spikes spawn. Once that happens, either a vat piece, a grave piece, or a rack piece will probably become takeable. If you do it 1-2 times a day, you should have several pieces of Vat within a week.

Otherwise you're looking at paying a minimum of about 35m

I have see a few part of the vat for 2 at 4m each part. But the full one set go for 40m in Atlantic and 50 to 100m for the archdemon.

Archdemon is a loot of the primal lich i think.
