If you are interested in buying or selling property or are looking for/offering design services like roof artists, architects and landscapers - please post in the Real Estate forum

If you have things to buy/sell/trade - please post in the Swap / Garage Forum


and finally if you're looking for people to hang out with/work out or just need a new roomie - please post in the Personals / Roomies forum
