What happens when the trial ends?

Hello everyone! I have decided to not go "premium" after my trial ends, but I would still like to visit friends in TC3. I also bought some land and furnished it.

Will I lose my land when my trial expires? If so, will the objects be returned to my inventory, or will those be deleted as well?

Will I still be able to visit skill and money lots in TC3? There is really no point for me to visit EA Land as a free account when there are never any residence lots available to visit, leaving me stuck on the city map and unable to do anything.
