City Full?

While EALand was rebooting this eve. i tried to get into my property in East TC3, the lesser known town on the east side of the map.
When I tried to enter the property I get a message: "You have been disconnected from the property. Click OK to return to Map View" if i try it from the zoomed out total city view it says: "Unable to open up your lot because the city is too busy. Please try again later"

I hope this is a bug and not a feature.
If the city can't handle the current population its in deep doo-doo.

Yeah, I know. Since EA Land is down, I went over to TC3 and getting the same messages.

Yup one of my sims can't get into her craft house either.. But can get on other properties which is odd. and if you look.. city doesn't look as busy as usual. I'm scared to log out any of my other sims... Hope will be fixed soon.

Well thats two sims now getting same thing.. and one had a house full of customers at my store.. uuuuuggggggg
