the 100% issue

You may have noticed some players can't get into TC3.

When the game is loaded, it stucks at 100%.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

It takes 3 days now and I still can't get in!

I'm sick of it.

Same here, in the end I uninstalled the game, deleted any files left behind and reinstalled which fixed the problem. Takes awhile to download but seemed to do the trick.

Mine sticks at 100%. I don't really want to uninstall the game because I think it should come back on its own. I have a friend who had the same problem as me but hers is alright now and she didn't have to do anything to fix it, it just came back on its own. I hope mine does as well soon

Great News - I can now get into TC3. I did something very simple that seemed to solve the problem for me. I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, but anyway here goes.
Even though I'm not a member of EA Land, I decided to log on to that instead to see what happened. It asked me to do an update of 8.4, which I did because I knew this was small and wouldn't take me long to do. I got as far as the map in EA Land, but I couldn't go into any property because I'm not a member.
So I logged out and exited the game.
So then the next time I logged in TC3 and it took me to the map this time - I couldn't get this far for the last few days. I was able to go into a property this time which was brilliant.
I really believe it was the update from EA land that got me into the TC3 part of it. This is all I did and it worked for me.
So if anyone is reading this, then just try it the way I did. The update I got was only small so it won't take long to do - I didn't actually get an update for TC3, so maybe that was my particular problem.
Anyway I hope this helps someone like it helped me.

Ok i have this problem too. I think it may have something to do with using the TSO client from a cd (originally) instead of downloading a new version. When the new month rolls over I will check this and see if it is the case (have to wait until download quota resets we always go over our limit :P)

There is a workaround, an annoying one. Worked for me.
Load the client shortcut with the command line extention for ea-land and load your ea-land avatar (or create one if needed) and update the file. Once done quit and load your TC3 shortcut and click on your TC3 avatar and update the file. It works I tried, but now it's stuck again. Dunno why but it is only a temporary fix.

I think this would be the same if you couldn't get into EA-Land, just reverse what I said.

I'm pretty sure it's having an old updater and client version which is no-longer fully supported and wont update properly anymore (because the updater is stuffed if you used the TSO cd)

I'm a little pissed that I wont be able to get on until the 3rd when my internet ticks over and I can download the newest version off the net!

So much for my above post, I can't get into TC3 now. It seems to be everytime they have an update, something changes. I could get into it for a few days and now I can't. It just goes to the 100% and sticks there. I'm getting very frustrated with this game, I'm seriously thinking of going back to my original pc game, at least that doesn't let you down.

I've done this and it didn't seem to delete anything for me. You just delete everything in the userdata folder, but you DON'T delete the actual userdata folder itself, just everything in it.

What I meant was - my avatar and skills etc were still in the game after I deleted what was in the userdata folder
