Need Suggestions for Custom Signs!

We're opening a custom sign store (and will soon turn into custom everything) and need suggestions for signs we should make before we open for sale. Please leave your ideas whether they be themes, single signs, whatever!! Also price ideas Thanks!!

How about "House for Rent"? With the natural "For Rent" sign as the graphic with a transparent background/white background.

Then after the "For Rent" part, put "Click Read For More Info".

Or you could also do "For Sale", basically the same way.

Haha, no problem.

Hopefully EA gives us the opportunity to put up custom images for our houses, as well.
