How do i get to the community store in TC3?

I've read the posts that we can purchase the Mystic Tree from the Community Store at TC3, i've been searching and asking around on how to get to the community store but nobody seems to know how... i've used the search but it doesnt come up? Does anybody know how to get there? Please help?

I am not sure what Parizad's name is in TC3 for the Community Store.

You might ask around TC3, and find out, then bookmark her.

The store is only open when she makes a city wide announcement that the store is open.

And, you need to spring to action then, because the store will get full of people fast.

And, make sure your inventory is clear, and that you have patience for the whole process.

Also Dawn Marie has been there the most at the Community Store, so bookmark her, she said she would be there tonight to do induvidual orders, so try not to miss that, should be open anytime now.
